This Package & Purchase Policy explains how membership plans, digital services, quotas, and payments work on Sunnah Marriage Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any membership package, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Refund & Chargeback Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Retention Policy.

1. Nature of Service

Sunnah Marriage Hub provides a halal-compliant digital platform offering permission-based access to verified profiles. All features unlock immediately after purchase.

2. Membership Packages

We offer multiple membership plans that may include:

• Profile Access Requests
• Biodata & Profile Details Access
• Image uploads

• Approved Profile Access granted by the user

3. KYC Verification Requirement

For safety and compliance, KYC identity verification is required before premium features can be used. Browsing profiles is allowed before KYC, but:

• Submitting profile access requests

• Viewing biodata or profile details

• Using dashboard features

all require successful identity verification.

Purchasing a membership does not bypass KYC.

4. Activation of Digital Features

Membership benefits become active as soon as payment is completed. This includes:

• Quota activation
• Profile visibility enhancements
• Permission to submit access requests (after KYC)

Because activation is instant, all purchases are considered consumed.

5. Quota System

Certain memberships include limited actions (“quotas”). These include:

• Profile Access Requests

• Biodata & Profile Details Access

• Gallery Access Requests

Quota Rules:

• Quotas activate immediately after purchase
• Each action deducts one quota instantly
• Used quotas cannot be reversed
• Unused quotas do not carry over after expiry
• Quotas are not restored if the other member deletes their account or becomes inactive.

These rules prevent misuse and ensure fairness.

6. Membership Duration & Expiry

Each package includes a fixed duration. When the membership expires:

• Remaining quotas expire automatically
• Premium features are no longer available
• You may renew or upgrade at any time

7. Upgrades

Users may upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Upgrading:

• Activates new benefits immediately
• Adds new quotas based on the upgraded plan
• Does not extend any previous plan

8. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as:

• Stripe
• Mollie
• Paystack (if enabled)

We do not store card details. Recurring subscriptions (if offered) may renew automatically unless cancelled.

9. Refunds & Chargebacks

All purchases are final and non-refundable since digital access begins immediately.

10. Misuse & Compliance

If a user violates our Terms (misleading or unverified profiles, fraud, un-Islamic behaviour), we may:

• Suspend or remove accounts
• Restrict access to purchased features
• Deny refunds

• Use quotas responsibly
• Complete KYC for full access
• Follow platform rules and Islamic values
• Not misuse or attempt to alter quota usage logs
